Do you often find it hard to stay positive and motivated at work?
Are you struggling to keep focused and produce results?
We all struggle with the above issues at some point during our workday and I’d like to share a trick that I use to get me back on track.
It’s as easy as changing your environment and thinking something positive. Yes, just getting up from your desk or wherever you’re working and taking a five minute stroll through your office, outside or in your house and thinking positive thoughts can rekindle those fires of thoughts and ideas to get you going.
Stanford researchers found during a 2014 study that walking improves creative thinking. Whether you walk indoors or outdoors the results were the same.
In my experience getting outside for 10-15 minutes and enjoying nature is extremely beneficial in improving my motivational level and work efforts.
To get you moving in the right direction, here are some words of encouragement.

– Sam Levenson
7. “The future depends on what you do today.”
